I requested a phone unlock code from Three last week. Today I got an email telling me that no number was ever registered to the IMEI code for my phone and the device must be registered before it can be unlocked. I bought the phone (sim free) from O2 in August 2014. I am currently in Australia so cannot phone you about this issue but would love to have it unlocked as soon as possible.
