Webtext - difference between sent and delivered?

Hi - when I'm sending webtexts what is the difference between Status Sent and Delivered?

Sent means it is being sent not yet delivered. Delivered means it has been received by the recipient.

My texts are showing status "sent" since yesterday. Is there some issue with delivery of web texts at the moment? Thanks.

Thanks, can you try clearing the cookies and cache and your browser and accessing it again?
