With the recent changes to contract, I moved my mobile # elsewhere but have still kept my landline broadband with 3. Trouble is I can't access the account since the mobile # is no longer with you (it was a linked account to avail of €10 pm discount on landline broadband for having a mobile billpay with 3).
The system won't allow me to login/register with just the landline #. Any help appreciated.
