How do I Top Up?
With our My3 Account App, getting credit has never been easier. You can top up quickly and easily with our Instant Top up facility, which will allow you to store your credit/debit card details online so that you can quickly top up your mobile phone again and again. You can even schedule a regular top up so that the app will top up your account for you. Or you can buy a voucher.
Instant Top Up
Topping up is simple. From the dashboard, screen select the TOP-UP tab. Enter your mobile number, top up amount, and your payment details.
Voucher Top Up
When you buy a Top up voucher in a Three retail store (or any retail agent carrying the Three logo) you can top up your phone instantly using the My3 Account App:
From the dashboard screen, select the Top-Up tab. Tap on Voucher Top Up. Select whether you wish to top up your own account or a friend's account and then enter your Voucher top up code (you will find this on the voucher itself).
