Make Calls Or Send Texts Or Send MMS

 

Make a Call

 

To manually dial a number tap Keypad. Enter the number and tap Call.

Or

To make a call tap the Phone icon.

Tap Contacts to call a saved number. Just tap the contacts name and then tap call icon beside the number you want to call.

 

Send a text

 

  1. Tap Messages.
  2. Tap the Compose icon.
  3. To select a contact(s), you can either:
    • enter a phone number in the To: If you want to add more than one number, tap Return after each number or
    • enter the first few letters of the contact you want and tap on the correct name or number that appears or
    • tap the + icon next to the To: field and select the contact you want.
  4. Note: Selecting an email address from your contacts will convert your text into an MMS.
  5. Once you've added all the contacts you want, type your message in the box shown below and tap Send button. Your message will now have been sent.

 

Send a video/picture

 

  1. Tap Messages.
  2. Tap the Compose icon.
  3. To select a contact(s), you can either:
    • enter a phone number in the To: field. If you want to add more than one number, tap Return after each number or
    • enter the first few letters of the contact you want and tap on the correct name or number that appears or
    • tap the + icon next to the To: field and select the contact you want.
  1. Once you've added all the contacts you want, you can add a photo or video by tapping the camera icon next to the text box. You'll be given the option to either take a new photo/video or to upload one you've already got saved
  2. When you've finished, tap Send. Your message will now have been sent.

 

Turn 4G On or Off

 

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Mobile Data.
  3. Tap Mobile Data Options.
  4. Tap Enable 4G to select how you’d like to use 4G. You can turn it off, select Voice & Data, or choose Data Only. Select Off if you just want to connect to our 3G network.

Connect to Wi Fi

 

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi.
  3. Switch Wi-Fi on.
  4. Available Wi-Fi networks will appear under Choose a Network...
  5. Tap on the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to.
  6. Enter the wireless password and tap Join. You will now be connected to the internet.

 

Pair a Bluetooth Device

 

  1. Turn the device on.
  2. Tap Settings and then Bluetooth.
  3. Tap Bluetooth and slide the switch to On.
  4. The phone will automatically search for nearby devices.
  5. Tap the device you want to connect to.

Set Up Email

 

  1. Tap Mail.
  2. Choose the type of email account you want to set up. Most personal email accounts will work with Other:
    1. Tap Settings.
    2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
    3. Tap Add Account.
    4. Choose the type of email account you want to set up. Most personal email accounts will work with Other.
    5. If you choose Other, you may need to tap Add Mail Account.
    6. Enter your email address and password, tap Next.
    7. Depending on the email account you've set up, you might be able to sync your iPhone with your existing contacts and calendars. Note: Some email accounts aren't compatible with this feature. 
    8. Tap Save. Your email account will now be set up on your iPhone.

 

Unlock Phone

 

Click here to request the unlock code.

 

Once you have received the code you will be able to unlock your phone.

 

  1. Enter a SIM card from another network in to the phone.
  2. Enter the PIN for the SIM Card if you are asked.
  3. You will be prompted to enter the unlock code.
  4. Enter the unlock code and restart the phone to complete the unlock process.
