We're getting a lot of queries around our half-price offer where your plans were activated by a €10 or €15 top-up. This was a promotion on our
3 Prepay 20 and 3 Prepay 30 Plans from July 3rd 2020 and as per the
T&C's, the offer ended on October 31st 2020.
Since November 1st, to activate your plan you need to top-up by either €20 or €30 depending on your plan. Remember, this pays for your plan and all the great benefits the plan entitles you to. Also, legacy plans are no longer available to apply to accounts so if you wish to change your plan at this time you'll find the available Prepay plans
over here.
A shout out to those on schedule top-up, remember to set the amount back to €20 👍
