For your safety and the safety of our staff members, we have introduced the option of making a store appointment. In addition, we’ve launched 3Store Connect to help you with all things Three at home. Remember you can find plenty of self-serve options or join 3Community and post your query. Our helpful members are always happy to answer any queries you may have.
Making an appointment
Most of our 3Stores offer appointments and these are available Monday to Saturday from 10am – 5pm. To sign up for one take a look over here. It’s so simple – fill out the form pictured below: Select your county and the stores that support appointments are visible under “Select your store”, select a date and time that suits you and then fill in your personal details and click ‘Make a Booking’. On the day of your appointment be sure to arrive on time (not too early either) and our friendly store staff will be happy to assist you.
Store Opening Hours
With COVID-19 restrictions in place, the majority of our stores are closed on Sundays and have reduced hours. With this in mind, it’s a good idea to check the opening times over here or even better book an appointment 😀. During your visit to our stores, please wear your masks and social distance. Of course, follow instructions that are there to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
