Looking to view all your numbers in one place? With My3 you can do just that, making it easier to keep an eye on multiple numbers at once! Keep reading this blog and we will take you through the process of adding a new account, switching between accounts, and removing an account on My3.
How to add an additional number on My3
- Under the profile button on the upper right-hand drop-down menu, select the "Manage Profile" option.
- You will be taken to the "Manage Profile" screen. From here, select the "Manage My Account" button.
- Scroll to the bottom of the "My Account" page and select "Add Account".
- Now, all you need to do is complete the registration process as normal, and your number will be available on your My3 profile.
How to switch between numbers on My3
- Under the profile button on the upper right-hand drop-down menu, select the "Manage Profile" option.
- You will be taken to the "Manage Profile" screen. From here, select the "Manage My Account" button.
- Select the account that you would like to view on your dashboard by default.
How to remove a number from My3
- Under the profile button on the upper right-hand drop-down menu, select the "Manage Profile" option.
- You will be taken to the "Manage Profile" screen. From here, select the "Manage My Account" button.
- Select the account that would you like to remove, and click on it. Please note that you cannot remove a number marked as your default service.
Additionally, please note that selecting "Delete Account" will only remove the account from your My3 profile and will not affect the service.
