If you’ve just got a new Three phone, here’s what you need to do:

 

New phone, same plan?

  1. Check if your current SIM fits into your new phone. If it does, you’re all set.
  2. If not, you will need to insert the SIM that came with your phone, and activate it. Please note: you must be registered on My3 to activate your SIM. Click here to register with My3.

If you've recently changed your Three plan, simply find your new plan below and follow the instructions.
