Your Guide to the 3Arena.png

Heading to a gig in 3Arena is more than just a concert – it’s an experience. And we want to make sure that you are getting the best out of your experience with Three! 😍

Here’s a guide on how to order Presale tickets, how to get to 3Arena on the day itself, as well as some tips and tricks on getting the most out of your day.

Registering for Three+

Text PLUS to 51020 to opt-in, or download the Three+ app.

We will text you back with the details on how to register for Three+. Once you are registered, make sure you select MUSIC in your preferences, and you will be added to the list for upcoming events.

When there is an upcoming gig, we will text you beforehand to let you know the dates, and explain how to get your Presale tickets.

Presale Tickets

When you receive a text about a gig that tickles your fancy, click on the link, and this will bring you directly to your Three+ app. Click on 'Request Code' and a text will be sent to you with a Presale code. There is a direct link to the Presale in the text that we send you, so you can follow this to get onto the right section on Ticketmaster.ie

When the Presale is live, go to the gig page on Three+ and click 'Purchase Tickets Now’ to be brought to a special Ticketmaster page, where you can order your tickets 48 hours ahead of general release.

These tickets are limited and can be in very high demand. We have seen tickets sell out in seconds! So, if it is a big show, make sure you are ready and waiting for the link to go live!

What’s in 3Arena?

3Arena has a wide range of outlets. Kiosks offer a variety of snacks, confectionery, hot and cold drinks, and the bars at 3Arena provide a selection of alcoholic beverages. There are no seating areas for food, but there are hotdog stands available on each floor, as well as popcorn and sweet stalls.

There are official merchandise stalls open at every event at 3Arena, which have a selection of official concert memorabilia. Patrons are advised NOT to buy merchandise from vendors outside 3Arena, as these are not licensed suppliers and the quality of products cannot be guaranteed.
