I was an O2 customer who was migrated to 3. I am receiving texts from 3 in relation to offers available for phones / texts etc. I cannot avail of any of these offers as I am an O2 / 3 customer and not a 3 customer only. If I wish to change plans on O2 / 3 I was told the price would be €48. As a new 3 customer the price would be €25. Why are 02 customers treated differently even though all customers are on the same network ?
Hi DClare, these plans wouldn't be compatible with your account. If you want to move to one of these plans you'd need to sign up to a new contract in a Three store and cancel your current account. If you're still in contract there would be a cancellation fee. If you need anything else let me know.
