As of Sunday, I appear to be unable to make or receive calls after topping up. Network functions still work from my plan, but no calls are working, even after a restart.
@Voa Thanks so much for testing that for me and for ordering the SIM replacement. Let me know when that arrives and you've activated it and tried it out.
