Samsung note 10 plus signal issues

Hi 

 

I have been having issues for the last 3 or 4 months now at this stage my my Samsung note 10+. 

 

There has been a massive loss in data and phone signal in the last 6months at least.

 

I live in donaghmede and frequently travel from city centre to Malahide or donaghmede often. 

 

I have replaced my sim card thinking that was the issue. I have updated the phone to the most recent update. 

 

I have had issues at home in D13 receiving important calls for working from home and really need an answer.

Sounds like the phone is faulty and need to be repaired.

Where did you get it from ?


Purchased through the three online store

If the goods are faulty, they can be sent for repair under the manufacturing warranty. Please return to any Three Store or to the Online Shop Returns address (Three Online Returns, PO Box 11564, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin) and we will arrange to have the device repaired. If your phone is within warranty, your repairs will be completed free of charge. However, please remember your warranty does not include water damage or physical damage.
