Can you please help? My internet seems to have been disconnected. My bills are up to date. My router has been restarted and reset and is working correctly.

Hey @butterflyz , thanks for posting here, for the best advice on your broadband I would recommend contacting our dedicated broadband team on 1913.
If this is continuing to happen can you check if there is any red lights on the front of the device.
