Porting from 48 Mobile failed

Hello,

 

I purchased a new phone on bill pay in store today. I wanted to keep my old number which was with 48 Mobile but wasn't able to get the porting code at the time. So I set up a new bill pay account and received a new 083 number. Since I returned home I was able to get the porting code from 48 Mobile. This membership is still active with 48. However every time I try to change over I get the following result :

The agents have not been able to resolve this.

 

Any advice/help would be much appreciated!

@Jamesob2021 Hi there, I'd like to help with this. But first, have you been on to customer care regarding this, either on 1913 or through messaging? 

 

Is that error from Three or 48? Have you been in contact with 48 to see if there are any blocks on your number for porting?
