Hi why does the my3 page not display the international minutes you have used it shows calls text and data but not the international minutes
Hey @Daniel_05868, thanks for reaching out to us here on 3Community, sorry to hear you are facing difficulties in accessing your international minutes. Can you give me more information on how you are trying to access your allowances and on the home page have you selected view all allowances?
Hi Niall go on the homepage of my3 and I can only see my data allowance my free minutes and three to three allowance
