Change Bill Method

 

You can get your bill by post or online (e-billing).

  • If you choose to get your bill by post it will be delivered to you each month.
  • If you choose to get it online, you will get a text or email each month to let you know your bill is ready.

You can view your bill details online at any time, regardless of billing method.

To change the way you get your bill:

  • Open My Account on My3.
  • Click Change bill options.
  • If you are opting to get a paper bill, check that the address we have is correct.
  • Click Change.
