Change Bill Method

 

You can get your bill by post or online (online billing/e-billing).

  • If you choose to get your bill by post, it will be delivered to you each month.
  • If you choose to get it online, you will get a text or email each month to let you know your bill is ready.

You can view your bill details online at any time by logging in to your My3, regardless of your billing method. 

 

Change Bill Method

To change the way you receive your bill:

  • Log in to My3.
  • Navigate to 'My Details and Preferences'
  • Select 'Bill Delivery Method'

 

Change Billing Date

To change your billing date, you will need to contact us.

 

Paper Billing Charge

From November 1st, changing from online billing to paper billing will result in a monthly charge of €3.49 being added to your monthly bill.
