Spend Alerts

What are Spend Alerts?

  • Spend Alerts help you to control how much you spend each month. The alerts let you know if you have spent a certain amount outside of the monthly cost of your plan and inclusive minutes, texts and data.
  • Spend Alerts won't stop you from spending more than a certain amount. Instead they will let you track your spend so you can reduce your usage if needed.
  • Spend Alerts are only available for Bill Pay customers.


Add Spend Alerts


  1. To add Spend Alerts, log into your My3 account.
  2. From the main dashboard, select 'Manage Services'.
  3. Underneath where your plan name is displayed, select 'Settings'.
  4. You can then input the amount you wish to be alerted at - e.g. If you wish to be alerted when you spend €5.00 above your plan allowance, input '5'. Confirm your choice. 
  5. When your spend reaches the alert level, we'll send you a text to let you know.
