What are Spend Alerts?
- Spend Alerts help you to control how much you spend each month. The alerts let you know if you have spent a certain amount outside of the monthly cost of your plan and inclusive minutes, texts and data.
- Spend Alerts won't stop you from spending more than a certain amount. Instead they will let you track your spend so that you can reduce your usage if needed.
- Spend Alerts are only available for Bill Pay customers.
Add Spend Alerts
- To add Spend Alerts, log into your My3 account.
- From the main dashboard, select 'My3 Account' and then 'Plan & Add-ons'.
- Underneath where your plan name is displayed, select 'Settings'.
- You can then input the amount you wish to be alerted at, e.g., If you wish to be alerted when you spend €5.00 above your plan allowance, input '5'. Confirm your choice.
- When your spend reaches the alert level, we will send you a text to let you know.
