Spend Alerts

What are Spend Alerts?

  • Spend Alerts help you to control how much you spend each month. They let you know if you have spent a certain amount outside of the monthly cost of your plan and inclusive minutes, texts and data.
  • Spend Alerts won't stop you from spending more than a certain amount. Instead they will let you track your spend so you can reduce your usage if needed.
  • They are only available for Bill Pay customers.


Note: Spend Alerts are not sent in real time and are sent as soon as the system updates with your usage information. 

Add Spend Alerts


  1. To add Spend Alerts visit My Account on My3 and click Manage Alerts.
  2. You can then choose the amount you wish to be alerted at - e.g. €5.00.
  3. When your spend reaches the alert level, we'll send you a text to let you know.
