Not sure if this Is the right forum to post, so apologies in advance if it should be posted elsewhere.
I recently ported back to Three after having left a few years ago. I went to log in to 3Plus app, but cannot do so.
When I try to log in it says my password is incorrect.
When I try to reset my password it says I am not signed up for 3 plus.
When I try to sign up it says says I’m already signed up.
I’m assuming it’s because I was previously signed up but then left the network.
Is there a way it can be reset or something?
