Hi so I upgraded my account to the new my3 while doing so added a new email address which has since been verified.
I can't access anything under my3. Ever link links back to https://www.three.ie/my3/customer360.html.
I opened the source and here is what is there for example

It's the same on my android app so either it's a source code wide thing or there is restrictions on my account peace

@Gruaig Glad that Chat has helped you out. Regarding the progress of the ticket's, this is something that will be done through Customer Care and you should receive a text keeping you up-to-date 👍
