Account change of address. Migrate data fail?

Hi so I upgraded my account to the new my3 while doing so added a new email address which has since been verified.
I can't access anything under my3. Ever link links back to https://www.three.ie/my3/customer360.html.

I opened the source and here is what is there for example

It's the same on my android app so either it's a source code wide thing or there is restrictions on my account peace

This is still happening one month later. I've spoken with multiple agents and my account is still not validated.

@Gruaig I need to check that your details match what we have here. If they are not, it will prevent you from accessing some parts of My3. Can you send me a PM with your full name, number, address and date of birth, please?

Hi It's ok they have to re register my account apparently spent about a
hour on chat yesterday explaining the issue. I also requested my bills sent
to my email can you track the progress of these two tickets for me.

@Gruaig Glad that Chat has helped you out. Regarding the progress of the ticket's, this is something that will be done through Customer Care and you should receive a text keeping you up-to-date 👍
