I am supposedly locked out of my account due to incorrect password. The My3 on my phone has been showing a persistent Alert (A problem occurred while communicating with the server Please try again later. (500)) and while I have never been able to use it, I was able to log into my account until last night. This morning, I am getting bombed out, sometimes with a message about inaccurate password (which is hard to understand) and other times, no message at all, just the login screen comes up again.
