Hi, I'm hoping someone here can help.
I recently received a Contract Change notice that the Data Increase 15GB add-on allowing me to tether my iPhone via Personal Hotspot is being retired as of 15/3/2018. I just spent a very frustrating hour on chat -- the agent didn't even know about the change.
How else will we be able to tether our Internet connections without the exhorbitant per minute/MB additional charges? I use my iPhone Hotspot as a backup when away from home. I currently have an unlimited Data plan, but it does not permit tethering without the add-on.
Is there a replacement to the Data add-on that will allow tethering?
