Bill 5 times more than expected

I have the iPhone XR on bill pay. I pay 45 a month for calls and data . It has never gone above 45 and now suddenly I’ve gotten a text saying I will be charged 225 euro next month . I am a full time student . At home all the time so I rarely use my 4G or calls . I have no idea why it is this high especially because I rarely use the 4G or calls
