Bill Extremely high

Hi, I was abroad and I have an extremely high bill now. I tracked my usage while away down to the very penny. I only used data roaming while abroad on the first day (€50 total and was expected) and never since until my return (turned off data on iPhone) My bill is now €301 upon my return?!

Can someone please explain?
