Bill Higher than agreed

Hi there - been with Three for years. In August 2020 went back to a bill pay plan and I understand the first month will be higher than usual. However the amount that I should be paying is not what came from my account. I have been charged higher and I have not gone over my allowance. Can you please have someone look into my account and give me an update? My3 account clearly states what my monthly charge should be and this is what was agreed at the time of signing the contract but this isn’t what I have been charged. Thanks a million!

@SarahG89 Hello there 👋 I'm happy to take a look at this for you. Have you downloaded your bill from My3 to see the dates your plan is being billed for? Also, have you had a read of this brilliant blog by @Three_Deborah 👉 My First Bill After Changing Plans . It gives great info on bills. Let me know 👍
