Bill paid but not showing on my3

I paid a partial payment on my recent bill and the transaction was taking from my account but won’t show up on My3 app so I then paid the full payment and same thing happened and it’s saying my bill is still unpaid even though both transactions went through. I messaged someone on the three app and they told me to fill out a form, I did but they won’t reply for up to 7 business days. I’m still getting texts that my bill is unpaid. I was just wondering if someone could help me with this problem.

@Megan1 Hello there, I'll certainly take a look at this for you. Tell me, how did you make the payments and on what date? Payments can take up to 5 days to reach your account so let me know 👍

 

Hi, I made the payments through Revolut on the 8th and 9th of January. Thanks.

@Megan1 Ok, we haven't reached 5 working days since the payments were made just yet. Will you come back to me on Monday if you don't see the payments updated on My3 by then?
