Business Complaint Emails Constantly Ignored

We have sent two complaint emails in recent months regarding our business account which have not even been acknowledged by Three!

What is your procedure with dealing with complaints?

Spending €3000-€4000 per year on phone bills, we at least expect to be acknowledged!
