Can't Access mythree account
Had to change my mythree account in last few days to some new version of it.
Was basically just logging in to see my usage but also trying to find out when I'm due an upgrade. Got logged in, but get this message:
Hi, I am having the same problem. I recently switched from pre pay to bill pay and when I login to myThree it says no active customer or subscriptions.
@RuairiP Hi there, are you also receiving the 'No Active Cusotmer or Subscriptions Found' message. If so, are you the main account holder? Let me know and we'll take it from there. The more details I have the better 👍
