I would like to change my billing address but I don't have the option to edit it in the My3 account. Do I need to visit a store for this?

As a BillPay customer, you'll need to contact customer care on 1913 or Messaging to change your address. I can do it on this side too, but you'll need to send me a PM with your full name, number, the address we have for you and date of birth.
