Can't get through to Customer support - Need to Cancel

Hello,

 

I have tried calling 1913 and theres no option to speak to someone, I have tried your chat and been left waiting 30mins! also no agent! So my attempts to contact your support have been useless!

 

I want to provide 30 days notice to cancel my Billpay phone as its finished next month on the 23rd, how can I do this when your support won't answer?
