Can’t receive texts from certain numbers

Neither my sister or I can get texts from our Dad in the UK. This started mid July. We even switched network and number for him as we thought it was an issue his end but no joy, so it must be a problem our end. He is elderly and vulnerable and it’s very frustrating.

@Mariagabriela47 I can imagine this is frustrating for you and that's not something we want any of our customers to feel. What network is your dad and sister with ? Have you reported this to Customer Care on 1913 or Messaging? 

 

 

Thanks. He was with Tesco, now with O2 on a new number but same issue. My sister is also with 3 Ireland. Have reported it and Three are looking into it for me, was just casting the net as wide as I can!

@Mariagabriela47 I understand your point of view. Investigations can take 5 to 10 days, normally you'll receive a text with updates. Because this is open with Customer Care, I won't be able to start another investigation.
