Can't view bills on dashboard

Hi i was looking to view my bills on my dashboard and the only things i can see are what remaining data/ calls / and texts I've remaining! Theres no option to add a family member or anything ,literally can do nothing. Even my year of birth is wrong by 1000 years in the future! Can someone sort this for me please, thanks
