I've paid my final bill of xx euro just now, can you please cancel my bill pay account - I'm no longer under contract.
I'd like to change from a bill pay to a pre pay account.
I see you have a pre pay plan for 20 euro a month that gives one all you can eat data etc.. can you please stick my account on this plan.
How long does the switch over take?

@Anonymous My father moved onot that plan as well but there's a few things you have to do.
Buy the new Sim with the plan on it online or in store.
If you buy it online then when it arrives you actually have to request to move your number over to it on three.ie under this section https://www.three.ie/CorporateForms/Porting/Guide cuz the new plan comes with a new number.
Then your number will be on the new Sim and you'll be on the 20 plan.
Basically, you can do it all yourself.
