Cancelling service

Hi,
I would like to cancel my phone account. I'm located overseas and don't have the 3 app. What is the best way to get in touch with customer service?

@Kathryn26 Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you're thinking of cancelling, is that any particular reason why? Would you like to cancel your number completely or move it to Prepay so you can keep the number active? Let me know and we'll take it from there 👍

@Kathryn26 Good morning 👋 No problem, to cancel the number and account completely you need to give 30 days notice and then the account will cancel down automatically after the 30 days. To do this, pop me a PM with your phone number, full name, address and date of birth. Oh, do you know if you're out of contract? If you're not you may be charged an early termination fee. I can check this for you also if you're not sure 👍
