Change address

I want to change the address on my account, chat bot doesn't understand and isn't passing me to an agent. What should I do?

Hi,

It turned out that "Agent is typing" actually meant "please wait as we are connecting to an agent"! I managed to get in contact with support after about 40 mins and get the address changed. I thought the chat had crashed and only left it open by chance!
