I wish to close my Bill Account and settle any monies owed, Is it possible for me to do this here,

or would I have to contact someone in Three? It is an O2 account originally and is not used any more.

That way you'll get to keep the number without paying for it every month. If that's not the way you want to go, I can certainly help you close your account here.
