Data overuse

I thought my plan was unlimited calls texts & data. This month I got a text to say my data was being restricted to avoid high charges. My data bill arrived today @€145+vat
I feel like I was mis sold a product 1st time this has happened in 10 years

I was advised today my data is only 8gb however I requested unlimited at sign up.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! It sounds like you might be on one of our older plans. The allowances for data can be limited on these ones. I can certainly check this out further for you but I'll need more info.

 

Can you PM me your name, address and date of birth? I'll take a look.
