How do I change direct debit date.. I can't find it anywhere. Thanks

Hi there! To have the date your direct debit comes out, you'll need to call our Customer Care Centre by dialing 1913 and an agent will be able to assist you further.

Hi I did call them. They said that I can't change the date. So il just cancel the direct debit and pay manually. Thanks so much for your help James
