Early upgrade

Hi I was on live chat with damini about the possibility of an early upgrade my upgrade is due end of July, he told me I'd hear something within 24-48 hours, this was on Tuesday and I yet to hear from anyone, could you look into this please, as my Samsung s10 is bunched won't charge and I need my phone for work, thanks
