Help please

I have been trying to cancel my direct debit as I’m out of contract on 28/06 and I’m so cross I’ve spoke to agents I’ve rang 1913 but to no avail
Please help am I doing something wrong ????

@maeve48 Hi there 👋 I'm happy to help you with this here. When you say cancel your direct debit, do you mean changing the method by which you pay your bills or cancelling your Billpay account completely? Let me know and we'll go from there 👍
