How to change from bill pay to prepay

2: Which Prepay plan are you interested in?

Yes I’m out of contract since may. Looking to get the 3 prepay 20 plan.

@Niallm as you're out of contract you just need to give Customer Care a call on 1913 to change to Prepay. We can't make that change on Community, if we could I'd certainly do it for you. My colleagues will look after you over there 😃
