When I joined my company i moved my personal number to a business bill pay account. Now I wish to move my personal number back to a new personal bill account ( and purchase a phone ). What are the next steps in doing so?
Hi Sarah 👋 You'll need to get the authorised contact of your company to switch your number to Prepay and then put the number into your details. Once back in Prepaid and in your own name you can then request to switch to Bill Pay 👍 Any questions let me know 😊
