Moving from Bill pay to prepay in foreign country

Hi,

I moved abroad (to the UK) around 2 years ago, but was still under contract with 3 until April 2020.

Obviously with Corona, I can't come back home but I want to switch from bill pay to prepay and keep my number.

Is this possible in a different country?
