Hi, I have spoke to an agent online and also emailed customer service and still not sorted. My account has my familys 5 connections, I used to be able to go online and view all the bills and pay online also. Not anymore, I have cleared my cache, The chat agent emailed me my last 6 month bills but did not attach the bills so I received nothing. This is now going on over 6 months I cannot check to see if there are extra charges etc and have fallen into arrears even though I am paying what I presumed was my monthly rate. I am so dissapointed with this service. I was an O2 customer and have been a loyal three customer for approx 20 years and I am seriously thinking of changing when our contracts are up.
@fionalogue I'd like to help here. Are all 5 numbers on the same account? You'll know this from the account numbers and if they differ from each other. Are your numbers through a friends and family scheme via work or did you set them all up in-store yourself? Let me know.
