My 3 dashboard - no information

When I log into my 3 dashboard there are no bills to view or no option to pay. The only information is my device information and my data allowance

@Leigh1 Hello there. From my experience, it sounds like your account needs updating on our side. Why not pop me a PM with your phone number, full name, address and date of birth so I can take a look and see what I can do? 

 

I also have the same problem but when u click on your PM link I can't even send you a PM - it tells me i do not have sufficient privileges!!

Access to PMs is linked to your community ranking, so you'll need to increase your rank to send PMs. You can increase your rank by commenting on posts, creating new posts, kudos or liking comments. Once you rank up you'll get a message to notify you & you'll need to log out & back into the Community & you'll be able to PM us directly.
