My3 account wont let me pay bill online

Hi There,

for the last few weeks I have logged into my three account in the hopes of paying my bill- however it will only bring me to the same page listing out what you can do with  your account and will not let me move on anymore from there.

Could this please be looked at as I am eager to pay.
