I sent a DM yesterday and followed it up by tweet this morning. I got no response. I sent another tweet but no response. I keep seeing 3 reply to everyone who tweeted after me. I sent another DM and another 1 or 2 tweets but still...no response, yet 3 still responding to other people who message after me. Held in queue for online chat last night for an hour...got cut off 3 times. Live chat not working today. Really frustrated that I cannot get through to anyone and nobody is responding to me
