I was recently contacted by a customer service agent to renew my contract for a further 6 months, while he did ask me had I any current issues with my phone, at no stage did he suggest that I would lose my upgrade status for continuing with my contract. Has anybody else experienced issues with this. At no point have I received written details of any new contract or signed any such contract.
