Hi, yesterday I put money into my account to pay my phone bill, which means I had -€60.00 credit, and my bank still took the direct debit amount of €60.00.. I was just wondering if I’m able to get refunded?

@Kaseyshane Good morning and welcome to 3Community. Sounds like you made the manual payment too close to the direct debit date and the direct debit had already been applied for. In scenarios like this, it's best to leave the account in credit towards your next invoice or invoices depending on the amount. How does that sound?
